(1) Stone selection: The color of the stone is selected and classified by the colorimetric method. The color of the stone installed on the same side should be the same, and the stone number is ordered according to the design drawing and the block order.

(2) Cleaning of the wall surface: clean the wall and install the base bracket. At the same time, the structure is set, the rules are found, and the vertical and horizontal lines are popped up. And according to the design drawings and actual needs, the position line and the block line of the installation stone are popped up.

(3) Strike: According to the size, lay the construction line. Before installing the stone, use the theodolite to strike the vertical control line on both sides of the big angle. It is best to play at a position of 500px from the big angle to check the vertical hanging line at any time. Accurate lines ensure smooth installation and marking on top of the control line.

(4) Install the bottom bracket and press the pre-arranged brackets on the upper slab to be installed. The support should be firmly supported, and should be connected to each other. It can also be connected with the shelf. After the bracket is installed, the 50mm thick wooden board should be paved in the direction of the support, and the upper part of the board should be on the same level. (5) Mounting connection members: Angle steel and flat steel plates are fixed with stainless steel bolts specified in the design. Adjust the position of the flat steel plate so that the small hole of the flat steel plate is just opposite to the insertion hole of the stone plate, fix the flat steel plate, and tighten with a wrench.

(6) Installation of marble decorative panels: According to the location of the grooves and components, the bottom panel can be placed in the corner.

(7) Fine adjustment of the board surface: Install the marble decorative sheet and adjust the level. If the surface of the board is not flat, a corresponding double-strand copper wire mat can be placed on the flat steel plate at the lower end of the bottom of the board. Adjust the verticality and adjust the gap between the stainless steel connectors on the top of the panel until the panel is vertical.

(8) Installation of the top decorative panel: In addition to the general slate installation requirements, the last layer of the top panel is installed and adjusted. A long 20mm thick wooden strip is hung in the gap between the structure and the slate. The wooden strip is flat on the slate. 250mm, the lifting point can be set on the connecting iron. The color aluminum wire can be used to hang the wooden strips, and after the wooden strips are hoisted, the fillings are placed in the gap between the slate and the wall surface, and the packing is tight to prevent slurry leakage during grouting.

(9) Clean the marble surface: Remove the anti-fouling strip on the marble surface and wipe the stone board with cotton thread.
